DISC can be utilized for team trainings in various capacities. Alter to Lead is able to accommodate any schedule and provide our leadership trainings either in person or virtually through Zoom. Each leadership training opportunity will incorporate an engaging approach with instruction and breakout sessions for peer-to-peer interaction and learning. The following options are available to introduce and reinforce DISC training for groups up various sizes.
