The DISC Assessment is based on the DISC behavior model of human behavior. By knowing your behavioral style, you will have the key to building healthier relationships and organizational success. DISC has helped millions of people improve communication, productivity, team building, and leadership, as well as their relationships within the home. Through your DISC assessment results you will learn to your DISC toolkit to help you alter your communication and better meet the needs of the people you serve.

Kids DISC
Our children are fearfully and wonderfully made, but do THEY KNOW this?
Do we, as parents, grandparents or teachers understand the way God uniquely wired each of our children? Are we using this knowledge to help them thrive?
The Kids DISC Assessment is an opportunity for children to learn more about themselves and the way God uniquely designed them! Inside the report, kids and the adults around them will discover:
How special and unique they are
Their behavioral strengths and weaknesses
Ways to use the knowledge to build confidence and strong relationships
Practical ways to mature and become the best that they can be
The Kids DISC Assessment was created for kids age 8-16 and comes with two reports.
KIDS
You receive a 12-page report packed with customized information about your bird style; how God uniquely created you with your strengths and talents. You’ll also receive tips for identifying and positively interacting with your family and the other Kids at school, in sports and activities.
PARENTS-TEACHERS-COACHES
You receive a 30-page report that provides a deeper understanding into what makes your child or student tick. This report will help you recognize and celebrate each kid’s strengths instead of harping on fixing what you perceive to be weaknesses. The first section introduces the birds, so you gain a better understanding of the traits, needs, and dislikes of each of the bird styles. The second section is written for the child to help them gain a deeper understanding of themselves. The third section helps parents discover how to raise their child by embracing the child’s innate style and supporting them on the path to becoming a happy, healthy, and successful adult. Finally, teachers and coaches learn how to guide the child as they navigate their way in school, sports, and extracurricular activities.

The D style is represented by the confident, daring, and take-charge Eagle. The I style is symbolized by the talkative, social, and fun Parrot. The S style is the caring, soft-spoken, and peaceful Dove. And the C style is the logical, accurate, and questioning Owl. For children and adults, the birds provide visual symbols to help them learn about themselves and others.
By identifying with one or several of the birds, this report will help kids develop a strong sense of self and positive, healthy relationships with others.

Family Coaching
Biblical DISC® and Kids DISC can be utilized for family coaching. Alter to Lead is able to accommodate any schedule and provide our coaching services either in person or virtually through Zoom. Each coaching session will incorporate Q&A approach with instruction as we debrief the individual’s results from the Biblical DISC® Assessment. This is typically provided in a 2-hour session.
