Biblical DISC
Biblical DISC® can be utilized for team trainings in various capacities. Alter to Lead is able to accommodate any schedule and provide our leadership trainings either in person or virtually through Zoom. Each leadership training opportunity will incorporate an engaging approach with instruction and breakout sessions for peer-to-peer interaction and learning. The following options are available to introduce and reinforce the Biblical DISC® training for groups up various sizes.
- Creating High Performance Teams (8-hour workshop that can be a single day event or two half-days event.)
- Building Effective Teams (4-hour workshop)
- Why Can’t We All Get Along (1.5-hour workshop that serves as an introduction to DISC)

The Lead Like Jesus Leadership Encounter is a 10-hour workshop is best as either two full days or a half-day and a full-day event that can be utilized for team trainings of different sizes.

Way of the Carpenter Strategic Leadership
The Way of the Carpenter workshop was designed to help leaders discover and practice four tools of a strategic leader that Jesus used to develop His disciples.
The Way of the Carpenter workshop will benefit you as follows:
Evaluate the developmental step of team members on specific tasks or goals and adapt the appropriate leadership strategy for each of them
Increase individual and organizational accountability by linking goals and planned intentions to an action plan

The Way of the Carpenter workshop works best after someone has gone through the Leadership Encounter but it is not required. This workshop is a 16-hour workshop is best as a three-day event that can be utilized for leadership training.
